Dr. Thomas B. Neville brings considerable scientific and policy leadership and accomplishment to Soar.
Before launching Soar BioDynamics in March 2009 , Dr. Neville was CTO and partner of North American Manufacturing, Ltd., an international industrial combustion engineering company. As a member of the three-person executive committee, he helped increase share value ten-fold in under ten years.
To date, he has generated many inventions with 15 patents issued or pending.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Neville consulted for the White House Energy Policy Staff that set up the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) during the Carter administration. As a charter member of the new Senior Executive Service, he managed a policy analysis office at the DOE.
Dr. Neville graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Yale and became a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University. He briefly considered playing professional football after being drafted by the Indianapolis Colts. He earned his PhD from Stanford University.

Dr. Georg Bartsch, M.D. has been a leader in the study and implementation of early detection and screening programs for men with prostate conditions in Europe. Currently Chair of the Department of Urology at Innsbruck Medical University in Austria, Dr. Bartsch has published and edited numerous papers and won several awards for his work in prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Dr. E. David Crawford, M.D. is a nationally recognized expert in prostate cancer. The recipient of more than 69 research grants, Dr. Crawford has authored or coauthored over 400 articles published in journals including The New England Journal of Medicine and the Journal of the National Cancer Institute . He has also published five textbooks and serves an editorial reviewer or consultant for a large number of publications including The New England Journal of Medicine, Cancer, the Journal of Clinical Oncology, Urology and the Journal of Urology.

Dr. Stephen J. Freedland, M.D. has authored numerous papers on prostate cancer and maintains a clinical focus on prostate cancer and diseases. Dr. Freedland’s research interests include statistical modeling, risk stratification, PSA and biomarkers. Prior to joining Duke’s Urology Department, Dr. Freedland completed a Urologic Oncology Fellowship at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Dr. Christopher J. Kane, M.D. is internationally recognized for his patient care and research in prostate cancer, renal cell carcinoma, and minimally invasive surgical treatment of urologic diseases and disorders. Dr. Kane has authored more than 145 publications and book chapters primarily on prostate cancer risk factors and outcomes, prostate cancer surgery and minimally invasive surgery for prostate and kidney cancer. He has taught laparoscopy and robotic surgery extensively and started robotic surgery programs at leading medical institutions including the VA Medical Center in San Francisco. To date, he has performed more than 450 robotic prostatectomies.

Dr. Judd W. Moul, M.D. currently serves as Director of Duke University’s Prostate Center where his clinical interests include treatment of PSA-only or biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer, prostate cancer in African American men, multi-disciplinary management of prostate cancer and clinical trials in prostate disease. He is a noted authority on early stage testicular cancer, and an international authority on prostate cancer and outcomes/database research. Dr. Moul completed his Urologic Oncology Fellowship at the Duke University Medical Center and also served as a Fellow with the American College of Surgeons.

Alain C. Enthoven has published widely in the fields of economics, organization, management and public policy of health care in the U.S.A. and U.K. In his research, he studies the causes of unsustainable growth in national health expenditures and the costs of health insurance, and possible strategies for moderating this growth while improving quality of care. His recent work is focused on the failings of employment-based health insurance and on proposals for market-based universal health insurance in the U.S.A.
Professor Enthoven is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He is Chairman of Stanford's Committee on Faculty/Staff Human Resources. He has been a consultant to the Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program and has served as Chair of the Health Benefits Advisory Council for CalPERS, the California State employees' medical and hospital care plans.
Professor Enthoven holds degrees in Economics from Stanford, Oxford where he was a Rhodes Scholar, and MIT. He began his teaching career as an Instructor in Economics at MIT.

Henry S. Rowen is a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, a professor of Public Policy and Management emeritus at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and a senior fellow emeritus of the Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center (Shorenstein APARC) at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford University. Rowen is an expert on international security, economic development, and high tech industries in the U.S. and Asia. His current research focuses on the rise of Asia in high technologies.
Rowen has served on the Presidential Commission on the Intelligence of the United States Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction, the Secretary of Defense Policy Advisory Board, and as Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs in the U.S. Department of Defense. He also chaired the National Intelligence Council, served as president of the RAND Corporation, and was assistant director, U.S. Bureau of the Budget.
Rowen's has authored and edited many works on innovation and technology, including his most recent work as co-editor of Greater China's Quest for Innovation (Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center, 2008). He earned a bachelors degree in industrial management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a masters in economics from Oxford University.
